Shopping Information

Delivery Time:

Our approximate worldwide shipping time is 7 to 10 days, although most deliveries are completed within 4-7 days. You will receive the tracking number for your parcel within 48 hours after making a purchase. Please ensure that your address and contact phone number are correct so that the delivery company can easily reach you. We guarantee door-to-door delivery, but if you're not home, you can always collect the parcel from your local post office or delivery partner branch.

If your parcel hasn't arrived or if you have any concerns about the delivery or product quality, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take our reputation seriously.

Tracking Number:

If your tracking number doesn't show any updates, please wait a few days. It takes time for your order to leave our warehouse and reach the local delivery department, where they process and register the parcel in their system.

Shipping Cost:

The shipping cost depends on the country of delivery. Please check the provided link for detailed information. Orders over 99 US Dollars qualify for free shipping.

Restricted Shipping:

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries due to complicated customs regulations or clearance procedures:

  • Chile
  • Honduras
  • Guatemala
  • Barbados
  • Argentina
  • Trinidad and Tobago
  • Turks and Caicos

We declare the parcel as a gift with a low value to avoid taxes or fees. In some cases, customs may inspect the parcel and request documentation to verify the declared value. Our team handles these situations promptly within a few working days.

 

Is there a way to track my parcel?

Tracking number is provided for every order in our online shop. It allows you to see where your parcel is currently is and its current status for any particular moment. We will send you the tracking number within 48 hours but keep in mind that the status of your parcel will only be changed in the system after 2-3 business days.

Aramex tracking number is a 7 or a 3 and they are 10 digits long and they can be tracked here:
